Summary

We don’t collect anything.

Sudoku Clarity is a fully offline puzzle game. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, and it makes no network connections at all. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

Data we do NOT collect

• We do not require an account, login, email, or any registration.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), location, or any other identifying information.
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or any third-party software development kits (SDKs).
• We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, or notifications. The app requests no permissions of any kind.
• We do not make any network requests. The app works entirely offline.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any data, because no data ever leaves your device.

Data stored on your device only

The app stores the following information locally on your device only, so the game can remember your progress and preferences:

• App settings (sound, vibration, appearance, onboarding completed)
• Game statistics (best time and solved count per difficulty, current and max streak)
• Your current unfinished puzzle, so you can resume after closing the app

This information is kept in the app’s private storage (iOS UserDefaults and a local file in the app’s Application Support directory). It never leaves your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

You can delete all of this data at any time by:

1. Deleting the app from your device, which removes all of its local storage; or
2. Offloading/reinstalling the app via iOS Settings.

Permissions

Sudoku Clarity requests no iOS permissions. There is no camera, microphone, location, notification, contacts, or photo-library access. There is nothing to allow or decline.

Children

Sudoku Clarity contains no objectionable content and is suitable for all ages (rated 4+). Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it collects no data from children either, and it complies with children’s privacy rules such as COPPA by design.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA and others)

Because we do not collect, store, or process any personal data on any server, all data-subject rights are satisfied trivially:

• Access / portability: there is no personal data held by us to provide.
• Correction / deletion: all data lives on your device and is fully under your control; delete the app to erase it.
• GDPR (EU/EEA/UK): we process no personal data, so there is no controller processing to object to, restrict, or consent to.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): we do not sell or share personal information, and we collect none.

Encryption

Sudoku Clarity uses no encryption beyond what Apple’s operating system provides by default and makes no network connections. The app qualifies for the exemption declared via ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption = false.

Changes to this Policy

If we change this Policy, we will update the “Effective date” above. Because the app does not connect to the internet, the current policy is the version published at the Privacy Policy URL above and within the app’s About section.

Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of the operator’s country of incorporation (Digital Pulse d.o.o.).
