Is the app really free? Yes. Sudoku Clarity is completely free — no ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no locked content.
Does the app work offline? Yes. Everything works fully offline. The app makes no network connections.
I lost my progress after deleting the app. All data (statistics, unfinished game, settings) is stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes it permanently — there is no account or cloud backup.
How is the difficulty determined? Every puzzle is generated and then graded by the solving techniques it actually requires (Easy: singles; Medium: pointing pairs and box-line reduction; Hard: naked/hidden pairs and X-Wing). Every puzzle has exactly one solution.
How do I change the app language? Settings → Language inside the app, or change your device language. The change applies on the next launch.
